ASSOCIATE, NEW YORK, NY

ROLE

You will work in a team led by a manager to delight our clients and help solve their most pressing problems. You will also work with many experts, from data scientists and market researchers to software developers and app designers to graphic designers and copy writers. Our approach to each engagement is designed to enhance the associate’s potential for developing a cutting-edge capability in brand strategy consulting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business intelligence and competitive benchmarking
Market research and analyses
Financial modeling
Project management and administration

In addition to the above, associates at Sudio Advisory are often charged with assignments, such as: proposal writing, professional-client relationship development, and client presentation delivery. Associates work closely with directors, engagement managers and senior associates in team situations, and are encouraged to cultivate their own analyses and recommendations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

MBA from top-tier business school with demonstrated academic performance 1-3 years experience; ideally with a leading business or brand strategy consulting firm

Pioneering spirit and ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment with limited supervision

Adept at enhancing team success through active participation in internal and external client project teams, knowing its importance and ensuring the highest standards through iterative collaboration across teams

Comfort to work with ambiguity and ability to adapt based on client, team, and project
circumstances, given the ever-changing business world

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to formulate strategy as well as execute that tactical implementation

Knowledge and passion for brand, marketing, innovation, and digital strategy and how they impact business outcomes

Ability to cultivate existing and new client relationships resulting in the sale or project work

Understanding of agile or other test-and-learn or design-thinking methodologies to cocreate
with audiences and quickly develop testable materials
